Oscilating Fans

First: An Oscillating fan is one which is a ground fan that has can move from side to side maximizing area coverage.
Now what would be bad about such a device? I mean it sounds like the kind of fan one needs for an ideal life of appropriate coolness. Well as I do think they are very useful, i mean especially in Arizona when its hotter than lava, but in some cases I find them extremely annoying
Second: Here is my story
So one night this girl shall we call her K. Johansen....no thats too obvious, we'll call her Kelsey J. So this girl Kelsey decided to go sleepy-sleep that night so that she could be well rested for her long and stressful school day ahead of her. Well little did she know a seemingly-innocent-oscillating-fan was a cohabitant with her that night. So she is starting to relax and drift into a lovely sleep when all of a sudden a breeze comes along out of nowhere. This didn't bother he much, she liked breezes BUT THEN this breeze blew her hair into her face. Now it wasn't that like i have the window down in my car hair-mess-er-up-er because then it wouldn't be a problem, all i would have to do is move my head to the other side. But no this was a breeze that blew a few loose hairs across my face tickling it in the most uncomfortable way for one who is trying to sleep. Oh yes, and no matter where she turned her head, or how she covered her head with blankets or pillows it seemed to never end.
but this girl being incredibly dumb and lazy didn't even get out of bed to turn of said fan, nope she just laid in bed cursing the fan and thinking evil things about it and wanting it to die and be thrown out an airplane and crash into several pieces.
Its a strange thing for someone to be so hateful toward an appliance, but i guess that's what happens late at night when one is tired and grumpy.
